On 4 June 2024, UMFCD received the award: “Excellence in Human Resources in Research”, granted by the European Commission to higher education institutions, research and development institutions that respect the principles outlined in the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers, thus creating favourable working conditions and a transparent recruitment process for researchers. These principles are in line with our university’s policy of attracting researchers, participating actively in the European Research Area and increasing international visibility.
The HRS4R diploma guarantees equal treatment of researchers in all European institutions and facilitates access to European research funds, thus reflecting UMFCD’s commitment to continuously improve its human resources management policy in order to develop a culture of quality and successful research.
