IN ATTENTION OF CANDIDATES

Admitted candidates are expected to confirm their seats by paying online, from the candidate’s admission account, a minimum of:

• 50 % of the tuition fee (seat confirmation fee): August 5 – August 7, 2026 – non-refundable fee

Failure to pay the seat confirmation fee, within communicated deadline, automatically leads to the loss of the seat!

The admitted candidates who do not confirm their seat, no longer have the right to participate at session II of admission, for the same study program!

We would like to remind the citizens from NON-EU countries that they need a student visa, issued by the Romanian Embassy in the country of origin. The visa is issued on the basis of the acceptance letter, issued by the Ministry of Education – General Directorate of International Relations and European Affairs
and the full payment of the tuition fee.

The university will request the issuance of the acceptance letter, based on the admission results. The acceptance letters are expected to be issued in August 2026 and will be uploaded into the candidate’s admission accounts, by the International Students Office.
