Application forms for students (transcript of grades, syllabus, "Investește în tine/Invest in yourself" government program)

Students should download the application form from the www.umfcd.ro website and fill it;
Students shall submit the completed application to the faculty where they are registered, as follows:
- Faculty of Medicine:
  - First, Fifth, and Sixth Year - gabriela.radovici@umfcd.ro
  - Second, Third and Fourth Year - georgiana.matei@umfcd.ro

Students will collect the requested document from the faculty offices where they are enrolled, after their prior notification by e-mail.
